Terms

GreenSyn offers the Acceleration program for a 3% fully dilutive equity stake on a SAFE or Warrant, complemented by a Right of first refusal for investment in the startups on Demo Day.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

We welcome applications from:

Green and climatech startups at seed stage with at least a Proof of Concept or Minimum Viable Product in place.

Ventures aligned with our focus areas, including renewable energy, energy storage solutions, smart grids solutions (Grid Management, Grid Optimization, Grid Maintenance etc.), hydrogen technologies, Agro photovoltaics, BIPVs, Organic, tandem, thin films, perovskite, semi-transparent PVs etc., SCADA automation – AI, Energy Efficiency – AI-optimized Energy systems, AI-optimized predictive maintenance systems, Smart Solar systems, Energy Storage -AI, EV Charging etc.
